The Vibrant Woman Project is a (12-week) self-paced, transformative health and wellness program designed to help women achieve their optimal health, vitality, and well-being. The program includes a comprehensive curriculum that covers eating-, exercise- and lifestyle habits, stress, and mental wellness, all tailored to support women in their journey to creating a vibrant life.

This program is for women at any age who are ready to take control of their health and wellness. Whether you're looking to lose weight, increase your energy levels, manage stress, or simply lead a healthier and happier life, The Vibrant Woman Project provides the tools and guidance you need to succeed.
The program is structured into 12 weekly modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of health and wellness. The program consists of downloadable workbooks, resources, meal plans, wellness routines, and mindfulness practices. You can progress through the modules at your own pace and revisit the material as often as you need. You have lifelong access to the program!
Although the program is self-paced, you have direct access to Regina as your own personal executive-, life-, health- & wellness coach! Like any of Regina’s 1:1 coaching clients you’ll have your own private coaching portal from where you can ask questions, schedule a free consultation, and use many additional resources that help navigate life’s challenges. If you’re enrolled in the 12-week group coaching program, or the private 1:1 Coaching program, you’ll also have access to weekly life Q&A calls. Additionally, you are invited to join the private FB-group.
No special equipment or prior knowledge is required. The program is designed to be accessible for every woman at any age and can be done with minimal equipment, such as a phone, tablet or computer. Any necessary resources will be provided within the program materials.
We recommend setting aside 2-3 hours per week to go through the module materials, participate in exercises, and implement the wellness practices. However, the program is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your personal schedule.
The Vibrant Woman Project is designed to be inclusive and adaptable. However, if you have any existing health conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting the program to ensure it is safe for you.
Participants can expect to see improvements in their overall health and well-being, including increased energy levels, better mood, weight loss, and a deeper sense of self-awareness, and empowerment. Individual results will vary based on personal commitment and consistency with the program.
