Hi! I'm Regina.

And my own story is much like yours...

And now I am sharing all of my knowledge and experience with you in this program!

I am passionate in helping my clients overcome  tough challenges as they heal their body and mind, and create the life they desire!

The day my health took a sudden turn for the worse I ended up in the ER with acute diverticulitis... little did I know that this was just the beginning of years of suffering and pain!

Soon after the diverticulitis episode, I started having daily headaches, brain fog, severe allergies and asthma. Doctors could not find anything wrong nor a treatment plan to get rid of the symptoms... and my health continued to decline!

Then I started gaining weight, battling fatigue and hair loss, yet, my thyroid test was normal, and my doctors attributed the continued decline to "aging"... nothing they could do about!

Being left without answers, I took matters into my own hands. I became a Functional Medicine Health Coach and figured out my own comprehensive healing journey. Just a few months into my journey, many of my symptoms had improved or completely vanished. Improving my gut health cooled down widespread inflammation and gave me relief from diverticulitis, headaches, fatigue, and brain fog… and with time I even reversed asthma and Hashimoto’s. 

Little did I know at the time that improving my gut health was the start of something beautiful!

Today, I am free of aches and pains and auto-immune disease. I am the healthiest and strongest I have ever been, and I got my energy back and can enjoy life again!

I have been dealing with thyroid issues for years. I was able to wean myself off my thyroid meds but still felt sluggish all the time. I then also started gaining weight and was unable to lose any weight. I was also dealing with lots of inflammation issues. I had done elimination diets in the past so I knew they would help me feel better. The start of this program came just at the right time when I needed the help and motivation.
